Speckle Park Reserve is craft beef, and a small batch brand built by three farming families who believe in the idea of a watchful eye and attention to details. We use carefully selected Speckle Park breed cattle and ensure their best dietary requirements are well taken care of. Our butchers are federally inspected, SQF certified, and our butchers cut to SPR’s exacting specifications and yield requirements. Before it gets to a chef, we partner with only the very best in foodservice distribution to elevate our brand experience.
